When I stepped into Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, the first thing that assaulted my senses was the savory aroma of slow-roasted ribs. The Texan brothers’ restaurant is an informal space with a patio, and it was packed on a Saturday night! There was a 25-minute wait and nowhere to actually wait. So, we sat in our car.

After being seated, I scanned the menu and had a really hard time deciding on what to order! The food arrived quickly, and it was delicious. I savored every bite of my meal, and I can’t wait to go back!

It is a bit dark inside the restaurant that looks like a house converted into an eatery.

I think this look really leads to the down-home charm of the place. You almost expect Grandma to come out of the kitchen to pinch your cheeks and gush over how much you’ve grown!
